 Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited commenced a thematic review of Progressive Investment (Private) Limited on August 21, 2023, covering the period from May 01, 2023, to July 31, 2023. Following a thorough assessment of all pertinent information, discrepancies were noted. Consequently, Progressive Investment (Private) Limited was fined PKR 100,000.

NCCPL, Through its Order No. NCCPL/cro/72/24 Dated 21-05-2024 imposed a penality of 125,000. under regulatiuon 14.1.1 and reg 12.3.1 dof the NCCPL regulation 2015.
